Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the images.
Also included in this new document drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a legend identifying various sections of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, such as designs for boat shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative process.
